Moraga Accomplishments

General Plan Update

• The City Council last updated Moraga’s General Plan in 2002. It included minor elements on improving public transportation and bicycle usage, air quality and protecting the natural environment surrounding Moraga.

Climate Action Planning

• Signed the US Mayors Climate Protection Agreement
• On October 22, 2014 the Town Council accepted the Town’s Climate Action Plan (CAP)
• In 2008, completed a Greenhouse Gas Inventory and presented results to council.

Community Support

• Moraga supports local agriculture through its year round Farmer’s Market.
