How is YOUR city doing compared to other
Contra Costa County Cities?
The scoring system was developed by normalizing each factor based on a relevant city characteristic, such as the number of vehicles or population. The city that performed the best in each factor was assigned a score of 100, and the scores for other cities were expressed as a percentage of the leading city’s score. Due to this scoring mechanism even if your city is a leader in Contra Costa County there is still a lot more they need to do to reach our climate goals.
